PRESS RELEASE
Tom Endorsed by Union and Worker Organizations

Another Tom Melville, my great grandfather, organized the Electrical Workers 35 in Boston in 1894. I am grateful for his work back then, and for all that organized labor has done to protect workers and to build the American middle class. The fight for fair contracts, wages, and protections is fully on display right now with the Brigham Nurses fight for their share of hospital corporate profits. We need all kinds of unions and workers associations now more than ever.
I am grateful today for the union and worker endorsements in this campaign.
